The location is nice, with being close to Centerville and all the shopping you could need up the road. Living in one of the smaller units, I've found that my monthly bill is a little high but it does account for several livestreaming services so there are pros to that price.

Ive loved here four years. Its a well maintained complex and its quiet depending in your neighbors. J dont really have complaints. Good price for the location and size. I have an issue with the residents smoking weed and the smell seeping into my apartment even with my doors closed. Management says they can do nothing about it. Ill be putting in a work order to see if they can seal my door better.
