Sexton properties

I have lived here for years. I love it here; however, after living here for so long I needed to move from a two bedroom to one bedroom apartment. Moving. From the 2 bedroom was ridiculously priced way too high. There’s no reason why someone who has lived in the same community for many years would have to pay that much money just to go to a different apartment. We are talking $2500!! Wow. And I was also in the locked for life program, which you kindly took away. And then I hear lease renewals and the amount of money you charge extra $50-$75 each year? The apartments are rather comfortable, but they’re not worth the extra charge every year for a lease renewal. Talk about price gouging. Of course I realize Ohio has one of the worst rental prices in the US. I know the properties in Ohio have no cap on the amount of rent and it’s just way too high. So unfortunately, my rent goes up that much. My lease is up next year. I will have to move out of the community. I have been in for many years sorry for the ramp, but that’s how I feel.

Cozy and close

Very cozy apartment in a quiet, safe location. The kitchen and bathroom are big for an apartment. LOVE the back patio/fenced in yard. Only a 5 minute drive to two different shopping areas with lots of stores. Bonus is that it is only 5 minute from Bills Donuts :)

Decent

This is a decent place to live. The amount of nature is a nice plus. However, the parking is not the greatest. The maintenance staff is great, but be prepared to deal with noise coming from landscapers and various tenants.

The location is pretty good, Neighbourhood is quite. Facilities are limited. However, based on location and rent cost, you can't just complain.
