Cozy and close

Very cozy apartment in a quiet, safe location. The kitchen and bathroom are big for an apartment. LOVE the back patio/fenced in yard. Only a 5 minute drive to two different shopping areas with lots of stores. Bonus is that it is only 5 minute from Bills Donuts :)

Decent

This is a decent place to live. The amount of nature is a nice plus. However, the parking is not the greatest. The maintenance staff is great, but be prepared to deal with noise coming from landscapers and various tenants.

Good location

The location is pretty good, Neighbourhood is quite. Facilities are limited. However, based on location and rent cost, you can't just complain.

Great place

I love it here at Hillside Court. I have lived hear 10 years and the maintenance is the nicest cleanest and hard working men I have ever had in my 30 years of renting. The office staff is always polite and responsive if i have questions or concerns. I love just talking with them wjeni paymy rent. I love it here and the fishing and hiking trails are a hidden gem in Centerville.
