Could be more parking, staff is very helpful, the heat being in makes it really hot in the bedrooms but overall its nice

Fine for the price. Miniature parking lot with little to no space, walls to the outside are so thin you can hear almost every single sound, heat regulation is poor so make sure you have a lot of fans. Neighbors are nice, maintenance is quick to respond and fix.

It's been nice and quite. I like my neighbor, close to freeway. The only thing I don't like the parking lot. It's hard to get in and out. Pavement all busted up.

I like living here, it's close to where I work, Just a minute drive to work, Besides all grocery stores and restaurants close to where I live. Also, post office and public library close to me. in this case, you save time, effort and money. Especially, during winter season, it's not too bad for me to go to work when it's snowing outside.

The apartment location is fine but we've had some repair issues that I have been trying to reach out to get done and they haven't. Our ceiling kept in a little bit with lique edge. And they stopped the leak but the ceiling is still cracked and caved in a little bit. And I would like to get it fixed because it is above an outlet. And I'm afraid something bad will happen. And there's children in the apartment. I've asked to have it fixed but I never got a response for it.

I love Berea so the location is great. Right down the street from Downtown (Berea.) Very minimal parking, what parking they do have is filled with pot holes. Maintenance takes forever to fix anything if at all. I have a problem thag was put on my move in check list over a year ago that still hasnt been fixed. Leasing Office always comes off as if they are trying to be little you. Also having to travel to a different location to add money on your laundry card is inconvenient. I get its a smaller building but it is inconvenient and for residents without cars not very fesiable. The rent price went up by 50 this year and the apartments are on the smaller end.
