Great neighborhood. Friendly staff. Can walk anytime day or nigjt and feel safe. Very important to me having a dog.

The Berea Lakes location is pretty good and I only have a couple of problems. First, it seems that the Integrity company does not invest much money back into their units and when they do, don't expect quality. I have viewed some of their other locations and some definitely get more money/care than others. Another thing would be this smell in the lobby of my building. Thankfully for other residents in the Berea Lakes complex, they don't have to smell it. However, I know the office has been notified a few times about the smell and yet has done nothing. Maybe they like the strong musty dog smell? The most that happens is the cleaners come by and spray a cherry room spray which lasts a day.
