Thin walls between apartment. Children are allowed to park their bikes and toys in front of your apartment all day and night so that you can't walk on the sidewalk in front of your place. People don't pick up their dog poop so you end up with it on your shoes

Great place to live, small town, peaceful neighborhood.
I lived in my apartment for about 3 years and enjoy the small town feel, quiet neighborhood, and affordable lifestyle. Good value for the area. Management is reachable and responsive.
