Three year experience

All in all, my living experience here has been very good. I've had loud neighbors and quite ones. Even neighbors who kids pulled pranks on me which is a good thing in my opinion. The parking is a bit scarce from time to time but it is enough. It is a little unfortunate that 2 of the 3 years I been paying for a service that I never utilized and I would like to have an option to opt out of it. The location of the complex is it's best quality because it is so close to many shopping areas and a park. The staffing is quite caring and will, at bear minimum, listen to the concerns that their rentees have. Rent is a tad more expensive than I believe it should be for the lack of things that I have asked to be taken care of. That being said, maintenence does do their best with what the have and seeing as I have also worked as part of a maintenance crew for a complex, I can believe they are constantly busy. Also, I have no firm statue to say what rent actually should be for I have no formal education on that matter in particular. I definitely would recommend this complex for a good living experience.

Maintenances

Lots of maintenances issues fridge door fell off 3 times, the dishwasher keeping backing up and smelling 4 times attempt to fix, the bathroom sink plugs numerous times .. I live alone so not a lot of usage

Just moved in and I think everything has been fine so far.. reading some of the negative reviews was frustrating but now that I’ve moved, I’m not seeing the negatives... good place with great location..
