I moved here in October 2025, and even though it has not been long, I really do love it here. When I first toured the model, I fell in love with how open and spacious everything felt, and my actual unit did not disappoint. My neighbors have all been so friendly, parking has been easy, and it is surprisingly quiet. The grounds are beautiful and always well taken care of. The maintenance techs have been wonderful, and the leasing staff truly make you feel like they care about the people who live here. Overall, it has been a great experience so far, and I am glad I chose this place.

I have enjoyed my time here at Mallard Landing! I feel at home and all of the amenities such as the pool and gym have greatly improved my overall emotional health. I love that the area is safe and I feel safe in my apartment which is my biggest priority when searching for a new place. Overall I have loved Mallard Landing and I highly recommend that if you're looking for a place to live, Mallard Landing is the best quality!!!

The Community is tidy, and well maintained. The staff has been nothing but welcoming and helpful at every turn. The buildings and community in general, are quiet and peaceful. The location is great, conveniently located near everything you could ever want to do. Plenty of stores to shop at and restaurants eat at. Great place to live.

Extremely outdated I moved in on the a low told by management and sales the apartment would be updated starting in January 2023 it’s now April 2023 and nothings been in January my drug and stove both extremely old went out had to wait two weeks to have looked at than replaced the second time out I’ve had to call for everything’ from electric to bathroom fans to carpet pulling up patio door handle breaking off when I grabbed it to open door patio door continuously sticks and can’t be don’t opened. The front entrance door that’s not supposed to open unless with a key wouldn’t open at people could not get into the building than completely took the lock out and left it unlocked for several days without fixing it . Do not rent here it’s the same price as updated apartment’s for a extremely outdated apartment
