dishwasher door

The door on dishwasher will not latch and Ive tried everything. The dishwasher is inoperable without it be in the latched position....please advise...

this place is a rip off

almost no parking for anyone not paying for the dilapidated garage, roof kept leaking for the past 3 years(finally 'fixed" it), paper thin walls can hear all your neighbors. Also my name isnt Michael Thomas Hayden, but for some reason that is what yall have on record

Security, Garbage Sanitation and workman leftover dirt

Last night at 1AM in the morning the back door was propped open with apparently no one around. This has happened numerous times. It is clear that there are some residence that are lacks about keeping the building secure. This is also the case when workman are in the building and are NOT specifically carrying materials in and out or working just outside of the back door, and they leave the door propped open, and sometime leave the premises without un-propping the door. Please distribute a flyer to each apartment door stressing the need to not prop the door open (even if it is just to step out for a cigarette) as some can not be trusted to un-prop. Regarding the garbage dumpster, residence and workman are leaving the side doors on the dumpster open, and when this happens animals are getting into the dumpster, my window is just outside the dumpster and see and hear them. They pull garbage out and leave it in the drive. Raccoons, possums, birds and yes even rats. I have taken it upon my-self to post a sign on both dumpster sliding doors asking that door be closed after placing trash in dumpster, and it seems to have helped. But yet people seem to still leave these doors open....... like last night. Regarding the workman, although this last crew has been better then previous crews, the second floor and third floor have dust and boot prints where they have tracked in. It is left, without any concern to clean up after themselves. In the past 2 years since Integrity has owned this property, I have NEVER seen any crew take the time to sweep or vacuum the common areas that they have track dirt and dust through, at days end. I have seen them leave coffee cups and such on the table outside or on window ledges in back. As for the residence communications please distribute a flyer to each apartment, and not a post in the mail room, to be sure each resident get this request to help on garbage and security. Maybe include the rule about not putting garage on front lawn, too. Thanks
