Overall residence is okay however for the price absolutely not (be aware of hidden fees when speaking with property manager, she will not disclose them so asked several times). Great location, friendly staff, lights flicker from time to time, lights on the exterior is barely on, basement looks like a dungeon, hallways and carpet can be cleaned or replaced, key fobs works from time to time. Positive property assistants is amazing, communicates information without leaving out details that is needed to know and very efficient in handling all your concerns.
