Tge location is great, the grounds are upkept. Tge community is quite and pretty safe. The management’s response to needs like repairs or maintenance is quick but the follow through leaves much to be desired.

Couldnt live anywhere else

Ive been living here since Feb 2021, the only thing I can complain about really is the thin floors and walls but besides that the staff is very nice, the jobs for manitance are always done on time and well done. Even in times were ive been financially struggling, they have been more than lenient and allowed me to keep paying at my own pace. I do hope that they change the late date to the 15th, allow people more room to get their money together before getting late fees. Also i dont think ya should charge late fees on fees. Thats kinda the only downside of living here. The trains and bus stops are close, i love waking up to fresh cut grass and a gorgeous river view, the kids play safely outside thats a plus that i tell everyone about when it comes to this complex. And lets not forget about the space, at least me, the 1bedroom is so huge and you can do alot in your space to make it into a home. I also didnt even know we had security on site 24hrs. That is something that makes me feel even safer when coming home late from work and even just living alone overall. I be sending this complex to anyone wholl ask for somewhere to live. Prices are reasonable and you cant beat the location!
