Not Great Management

Packages get stolen a lot, the management company engages in some pretty sus practices (they've been taken to court several times by their own residents), and they have forgotten that I already paid an application fee to get into the apartment and are trying to charge me for it again. Not the best experience thus far

Its Okay.

I have been living here for about 3 years. The location is great, in my opinion, It's nice to live in Harlem. However, the building is decent, it just needs some upgrades, such as the intercom system.
