The building is only a 4min walk to the Subway Station, which is very convenient. Its also super quiet despite how close it is to the subway station. Its also a 25min subway ride to Manhattan. Can’t complain.

Pros: 1 block to 7 train. Virtual Doorman. Secure package room for deliveries, great superintendent (quick/responsive to requests), parking garage & laundry room (additional fee), double pained windows (mutes rush hour noise, close to stores, markets, deli & restaurants. Nice rooftop views. Cons: New buildings going up so a lot of construction happening and can get noisy certain times of the day. Inside noise depends on your neighbors, small gym on 1st floor of building that is not related to amenities can be loud.

I've recently moved into my apartment, and I'm thrilled with my new home. The location is a major highlight, as it's close to everything I need, from restaurants to parks. The layout is cozy and inviting, and the large windows let in tons of natural light. The management team has been responsive and accommodating, and the security measures put my mind at ease. In short, the apartment has been a fantastic choice for me, and I'm looking forward to making great memories here

I have overall enjoyed my experience here. I wish there were more amenities but it isn't necessary because of the price of the apartment. It is a good value overall. The super whose name is Emmanuel is very attentive and very nice. He works very hard and he is definitely a plus to the apartment and building as a whole. The location of the gym downstairs is a huge plus for me and the 1 block to a train is great as well. The area is kind of lacking, food and attraction-wise, but is still very good for the value and only a few blocks to a better area for that. My only complaint is that there are some days where some tenants play very loud music or watch movies at a very high volume. It doesn't happen often but it is very noticeable when it does happen. You can even hear their televisions at max volume in the hallways sometimes.

I’ve been here since the property opened in 2014 so I am pretty satisfied with the rent I pay for my studio considering all the other modern buildings popping up the last dew years in this area which are very expensive. . One block away from 7 train. It’s a modern building with stainless steel appliances, gray/white tones in the kitchen.. Its NYC so it can get a little noisy during rush hour but the evenings are pretty quiet depending on your neighbors ofc. The superintendent is great! He definitely keeps the place looking clean. He is nice and quick to help repair anything that needs fixing. There is a nice rooftop and view of Manhattan skyline. Parking on the street can be a challenge but the building offers paid parking.
