So far has been a great experience just wished that people will clean up after their dogs

This is not directed at the current staff, but it is abundantly clear additional staff is necessary in order to address all of the needs presented by a building of this size. The only reason this building would be so obviously understaffed is a myopic attempt to maximize profit, though all that is being done is creating significantly greater expenses down the road when the failures to properly maintain this building are realized. Please indulge me while I offer one minor suggestion: since management has claimed providing lobby/exterior garbage cans is too great of an expense, perhaps those in charge would welcome the net cost savings by purchasing said garbage cans in exchange for not leaving the 10th floor exterior amenity space lights on 24/7 (i.e., overnight when these spaces are not in use). Surely the cost savings in the gas/electric bill will outweigh the one-time purchase of much needed garbage cans. And, of course, the building and its residents will receive the additional benefit of not having to wade through strewn garbage on a daily basis. A win-win for everyone! You are very welcome!

Living here is cool as in the building itself staff members cool the neighorhood is okay a lot of nearby store that convenient see
