Pet residents must have their health check and shots, and be spayed or neutered by 6 months of age. A signed animal addendum is required to be on file at our leasing office. We limit 2 pets per apartment home. Monthly pet rent of $40 will be charged for 1 cat and monthly pet rent of $60 for up to 2 cats.                                                                                                                                        Monthly pet rent of $50 will be charged for 1 dog and monthly pet rent of $75 for up to 2 dogs.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           Where as there are no weight limits, there are breed restrictions. We will accept all breeds of dogs, except the following or any combination of mixed breed that contain any of the following: Rottweiler, Doberman, Akita, German Shepherd, Pitbull/Staffordshire Terrier, Husky, Chow, Dalmation, Beagle.                                                                                                  We reserve the right to add additional restricted breeds at any time.

I loved living here. Accesible to everything, nice and quiet, only if the resident would pick up after their dog and they do routine maintainence or atleast reply the maintainece request on time

I think this place has gone downhill badly,definitely not worth the money,poor management,no maintenance, You ask for them to fix something they dont & something that is suppose to be part of your lease doesnt work they dont care to fix. Its quiet spacious but paying as much as we do isnt worth it to not have management care & they rude.
