Poorly managed

The only reason I am giving this place any stars is because the actual unit is nice, and the people that live there are nice, this aparment complex has potential with different management and not just a warm body that calls herself the manager. With any issue- ie. The air conditioners not working, or leaking you would have to send MULTIPLE emails and text messages to get a response, and when you did get a response it was rude. As soon as you walk into the building it smells like weed and cigarettes. On numerous occasions packages would go missing if the delivery service did not have access to the mail room. The parking options were a joke. When I was moving out i walked in one day to get some stuff and found maitenance had already been in and painting, they took apart my table that was in the apartment, and used it to hold their paint cans ruining the top of the table. All we got from Kayla was “it was a mistake”. Rent here knowing you may not have a comfortable living situation througout your lease.

Mostly great

The building is beautiful and I have enjoyed living here. Pricing is fair, as it is all-inclusive. Management has been kind and easy to deal with. Love having parking downtown! Only downsides are the dog noise and sometimes the shared spaces are messy.

Dog noise is horrible

Dog noise is unbelievably disruptive and seemingly tolerated as nothing changes. Outside maintenance leaves a lot to be desired. Building and apartment itself is beautiful.

Bittersweet

Property Manager can be very rude at times and selectively aggressive to diverse tenants specifically.
