So far so good, some parking issues due to many visitors staying overnight at neighbors and taking the parking spots. Also noise from then semi trucks that come in to deliver to wegmans and other stores next door to apartments. Overall nice place to live

Value for your bucke in Comparison to the local surrounding market. Interior of the apartment is a little noisy And the community is not kid friendly or children friendly no playgrounds or grills to cook out but overall I give my experience here a plus??

The office does not response to any of your concerns. I have express that i need my kitchen light bulbs replace and its been two months and i have not seen anyone come to my apartment.

Very clean and remodeled 2 BDR Apartments. A lot of closet space. Affordable. Very nice Apt. manager!

I am going on my third year, location is great. My apartment does face the wegmans plaza sontherr is a lot of noice from trucks delivery in early early am hours. They tend to blast their music at 5-6am . Probably have no clue there are apts right over fence. Main concern definitely is maintenance, its been always a hassle to get anything fixed properly or in a reasonable time since moving in. It doesn’t seem like request of tenants are a priority for maintenance. It should be at least a follow up call so that they can make aware they recieved the order or at least to be considerate of residance having issues in home that needed to be resolved
