We love the space that we are in and the high ceilings make the place seem bigger than it is. The availability of the gym and underground parking is nice. Also I feel safe and secure.

So far poor experience has been wonderful, the unit is as advertised and it was simple to begin the rental process. All listed amenities are up to date and in great condition. Maintenance is not easy to reach. There are no doorbells to the units and you must go downstairs to the front door to receive guests. Building lobby and mail room area are locked outside of lower level business hours- this means no packages can be delivered on the weekend. The elevator is key protected so the lift levels are very secure. The free parking underneath the 490 overpass is secure and gated, but is also used for the lower level business employee parking- weekdays mid day the lot is full. We had a power outage for the entire building shortly after moving in: during the power outage, almost all external key access doors do not work!! (Only one back door will still open on emergency power). Additionally the gated parking lot will not open, so during outages you cannot move your car. Maybe these can be fixed in the near future.

This is by far the best apartment I’ve lived in. Great design, quality amenities, helpful staff and maintenance. The best aspect I value the most is the quitness and respectfulness of my neighbors. 10/10, would recommend.

The property is well maintained, and the staff and the leasing manager are excellent. I wish that I would have known about this property when I initially moved to Rochester!
