I've been here 1 1/2 years. Seth is the Manager. I have 9 1/2 years of College and worked in the Kodak Research Labs for 25 years and taught HS Geography/History at Greece Athena and RL Thomas previous to that...in laymens terms ...I am qualified to Judge.

Could be better

There is too much noise when others are in their apartments. It is not them being loud but how building was constructed. Can hear everything through walls and floors/ceiling. Since newer tenants moved in I've noticed there has been more garbage left by my apartment door. Looks like deliberately left there and more Marijuana smoking inside building.
