I feel that there should be more consideration with the residents who are responsible for paying their rent on time and keeping the property up to par. I see that there is a lot of upgrading to other units; however, you cannot ask for your unit. My bathroom sink is so old that the bottom is disintegrating, and the bowl is very tiny. Also, the toilet seat looks disgusting, but you cannot change it. The bathroom lacks a fan for the steam, and the bathroom tiles need to be washed every week to remove the mold. I have a dishwasher that, since I moved to the unit, has not worked. I just wonder why they don't listen to the tenants who are responsible and strive to keep them. I love my unit, but would like it even more if I were able to get some upgrades.

I've been living here for over a year, and I like the complex. I have not had to use maintenance much, but they are good with installing/removing the AC unit and keeping the common area (laundry, hallway, doors) in good operating condition. The location is close to work and right by Tryon/Ellingson. Two prevalent noise sources for me are: the upstair neighbor walking around and the proximity to 590. I don't mind either. However, the noise from people walking in and out of the building can be mitigated as the door in the hallway creates a good amount of noise. My only complaint would be the privacy of the bottom floor windows. I live on the bottom floor, and all windows except the bathroom one, are fully transparent. I can see into my apartment from the parking lot. I'd appreciate if some kind of privacy film or glaze is applied on these windows on the bottom floor.

I’ve lived here almost 6 years and have a very outdated apartment and I’m paying over 1K a month now. Newer tennants have a different experience as they’ve updated the living space to my knowledge. I literally have no counter space or cupboard space or a dishwasher.
