What a journey to set my account in rentcafe, only after a month and 3 weeks I had the option to set up my account to pay my rent. The staff should be more train to resolve problems more efficiently. Overall, it's a good place to live.

Great location, nice apartments that unfortunately are not maintained, maintenance crew does not have the skills to fix major issues and management will not pay professionals to come in to do it, the work that maintenance can do is always half done no matter how simple the work is. The rent goes up every year but that money is not used towards much needed repairs.
