I have never had such negative interactions with someone whose job is to answer phone calls from prospective tenants and give the first impression of the property management for this complex. Lisa’s unprofessionalism is unparalleled. I’ve given Lisa the benefit of the doubt after several phone calls and messages went unanswered, and then when she finally picked up the phone, had an immediate condescending attitude and was incredibly rude for absolutely no reason. I am just looking for a decent place to live, so I proceeded with submitting an application in order to schedule a tour, even though my gut told me Lisa’s attitude was not worth dealing with if I ever made it past her to actually leasing a unit. After leaving work early and buying a money order for my app to be processed and tour the apartment, Lisa called when I was a mile away to say the unit was rented and I could no longer see the apartment so do not bother going. I’ve never had to jump through such hoops just to see an apartment I’d like to be sure I want to live in before signing a lease. This is not an uncommon request, yet Lisa acts like this is an extraordinary request and literally told me she didn’t have time to give me information and I would need to call back to speak to a leasing agent who she would not give me the working hours for to know when to call for her. I’ve visited several properties since and the personnel has been super helpful and courteous, and confirmed they don’t understand why anyone would be anything less than helpful when the goal is to get apartments leased. The google reviews for Lisa make sense now, and I would hope her employer would take the numerous public complaints about her rudeness more seriously, as it reflects negatively on the entire management company of C&R Property Management, LLC. As a business professional, I will make sure others know of the abysmal customer service they can expect from Lisa at Hudson Harbour.

I like the area that I live in , the property is kept well maintained and the staff is great.

lived at Hudson Harbour since 2022, washer and dryer in the unit doesn't work we've been on the wait list for a replacement washer and dryer since 2024, the laundry room only accepts credit card, the heat was replace but its not functional its a different style so it doesn't sit high enough to warm the bedroom. We waited 2 years for the mailbox key to be replaced. nothing gets followed up on in a timely manner. The positive is, the apartment complex is in a good location and the new Lady Jessica in the office seems nicer and the previous person that was in the office.

When times were rough they showed compassion and time to get things right.

I have lived here for a few days and the staff is nice but roads need repaved. Also, the maintenance is kind of slow and they didn't do a great job fixing my issue. I have faith that they would fix a more serious issue, however.

Very quiet, central location, but quality of maintenance leaves much to be desired. Potholes are everywhere, some that haven’t been filled in years. Some branches of trees block stairwells leading up to apartments; had to trim mine myself when I initially moved in. Also there’s no clear system in place for garbage collection/the amount of receptacles present is hardly adequate for the shesar quantity of garbage and recycling that needs to be collected. Simply put, garbage and recycling overflows regulary and it looks disgusting. Other than that, no complaints.
