Nice place to live
Love the place generally quiet staff and maintenance are friendly. Although trying to get them to fix my dishwasher has taken over a year and no one has come by to fix it

Laundry room cleaning up. The washer and dryer need to Be clean . Thank you
Great location
Only downside is the noise from the other units. You hear footsteps, voices, doors closing. Traffic noise is also out of control.
Needs improvement
There are no amenities to speak of here. Maintenance takes forever to fix stuff if they come at all. Rent goes up 8-9% every year with nothing to show for it. There is little communication if something needs changing. It is poorly managed. Overall, not a great place to live
