I’ve had a great experience living here. It’s possible to meet some nice people while sitting in the very well kept gardens.

I’ve had a great experience living here. The gardens are very well kept. The sitting areas have offered great opportunities to meet some lovely neighbors. Unfortunately, some neighbors do not respect the shared spaces as others. Their is one neighbor who also must not have the predominant floor covered, as we can hear their children thumping and running within their space. Perhaps an anonymous way to report these things may help improve upon noise level compliance.

I’ve lived here for about 9 years(?). This is a well kept and maintained property. The people who live here are friendly and “neighborly”. The Port Chester MetroNorth train station, as well as many good eateries are within walking distance. Port Chester taxi is an affordable and reliable way to travel, if you don’t feel like walking into the town. The city of Rye and the town of Rye Brook are a stones throw away and also offer nice dining /bar options.

I’ve lived here for about 12 years, Great location, decent neighborhood and neighbors. Common areas throughout the complex are kept clean and people are respectful of that. Nice mix of diverse families. The rent is getting very high and is similar to paying for a place with a lot more amenities. There is no gym, no entertainment area or theater room, yet we pay rent comparable to places that have these amenities.
