Life at the Colorado

I have been a resident of the Colorado at E 86th st for just under two years now. My husband and I have been very satisfied with the luxury amenities, friendly and helpful staff and lovely neighborhood. The building offers rental units in a variety of sizes and price ranges, and the leasing office is in-house (so no broker fees!). We could not be happier to call the Colorado our home in the Upper East Side
