Parking is great having my own spot, but the garage is a construction zone and is not kept clean enough. Construction debris should be removed daily. Sorry Kevin. We would like a gym. Maintenance and Staff are great! Value is fair, meaning not too high and not too low. The location near the bridge has lots of cars/traffic, but near lots of publlc transportation. The noise up high is not bad.

Best value I've ever found in NYC

Top notch friendly staff. Great laundry situation. Great elevators. Type of building you don't leave as long as you are staying in NYC.
