I had a good time! Thank you!

It is a 10/10 location but needs better sound insulation solutions. I can't have good sleep during the weekend because it's too loud and noisy outside /downstairs. This is also the main reason I moved. The staff is all nice and helpful! But the apartment has all kinds of maintenance problems here and there. My cabinet is broken 2 weeks after I moved in for no reason. There is no hot water in the bathroom several times. Even the faucet falls off once... I also requested AC/heater maintenance requests many times as it's giving weird noise from time to time. The maintenance guy always fixed them quickly but it's still annoying to have things broken down in my apt. Thank you and I already introduced two friends of mine moved in : )
