great location, but old building with issues

i've lived here for 4 years, and it's been a convenient location for me for a decent price. the kitchen was soo old and run down that they actually ended up replacing the cabinetry at no cost which was really nice. but the heating system is the worst, there is always problems - there's either no heat or the heat is BLASTING all day even when it's warmer outside. the noise can be annoying, but that's like anywhere in new york. but i will say whenever there is an issue, i'm able to get in contact with property management which was not the case when i lived in bushwick.
