Responsive maintenance. Tho the apartment was not fully cleaned (even by 2025 east village standards) before move-in, and there was some kind of old fashioned thermostat or voltage thingy broken and hanging off the wall. Still, decent place and maintenance is organized and responds way faster than other places I've lived, the after hours service and general management has been above expectation for the place x price.

Best of all - the top floor apartments are duplex units, each with their very own private roof deck. The property is situated in one of the most exhilarating neighborhoods in NYC, the East Village. Outside your door, you will find restaurants featuring an enormous range of cuisines, as well as countless watering holes: both upscale and dive-y. Half a block away is Tompkins Square Park, a park perfect for outdoor activities or to just simply enjoy the view.
