I like living here and it is a perfectly fine apartment

Going on to year 2. Good location. Tough with the walk up and no additional amenities but that comes with an older building. nice apartment size but rent is a bit high for the building itself.

I lived in the Upper East Side for +5 years and enjoy my apartment which is reasonably priced, the superintendent is amazing and knows everyone in the building, and the property manager is very easy to work with. The neighborhood is also fantastic with lots of restaurants, pubs, easy access to central park and great public transportation to get you around the city. Highly recommend the property manager and neighborhood.

Lived here about 9 months. The staircase aspect is challenging, otherwise, fine apartment size, nice location and nice neighbors.
