Harry is an amazing business manager.

Our utilities are extremely high and we purposefully keep the heat off in the winter and the AC off in the summer. Overall, it is a decent apartment but has 1 tiny window in the living space, 2 windows in one bedroom, and no windows in the other 3 bedrooms or kitchen. The location is not idea as there are pop-up shops all over the street and constant commotion. Over-priced for the lack of windows and size of rooms but a decent apartment.
