Its been nice but I had my coffee table stolen a few weeks in. My heater is making a weird noise but thats all teh complaints I've got.

I just moved into 170 Delancey yesterday and the whole move in experience has been wonderful. The corridors are bright and clean, the apartment spacious and ample closet space. All the furniture provided is so much appreciated. Maintenance came on a Saturday to deliver the key to the Laundry room. Love this place and the location is happening for me at this stage of my life. Love it.

The front door buzzer issues continue to persist. The Teman system is not good and the building should switch to a better Butterfly MX system. Would be helpful to also install laundry in the basement.

The apartment is located in LES, which is nice. The building, however, is next door to a club that often with open the roof and blast music until 4am. It would be nice if there was laundry in the basement.
