I love the building and truly appreciate the staff. However, the continued rent increases feel discouraging, especially for long-term, responsible tenants. It often feels like there is little recognition or loyalty shown to residents who treat this as their home, not just a transaction

We have lived here for over 45 years. We raised our son here, and hope to stay here through our retirement years. Once you live in Manhattan, especially on the edge of Central Park, where could one expect to find. a location to compare. Especially when cultural institutions are just across the park, or a straight shot 20 blocks south to Lincoln Center and MoMA. The building is a block away from a major subway line, as well as a bus to carry you to the Eastside. Yet it is a quiet residential neighborhood, where people of all ages reside. It was and remains a glorious place to raise a family, with numerous great schools, both public and private, nearby. And If you love animals, the building is pet-friendly.

The building's location places its residents just minutes from Central Park's Great Lawn and one block east of the retail and restaurant scene on Columbus Avenue in the heart of the Upper West Side. Staff are friendly and capable, offering effective assistance when maintenance needs arise.
