Elevator building, quiet, storage, good water pressure, and AC. Street parking is likited if you have a car, and some amenities could stand to be updated

Great location, bad maintenance - took months to fix the doorbell and still having problems with heating.

We had an issue with the dishwasher and also an issue with the heating unit in our apartment. We spoke to Glasha, our Community Manager, about the issues that we had and she immediately dispatched the Property Manager, Kenny, who came to our apartment right away to investigate the problems firsthand. He left his contact information and also reached back out to Glasha, who then coordinated the repair teams. A few days later, our dishwasher was replaced completely, and the heating unit was adjusted and holes (that resulted in a significant draft) were plugged. Thank you for treating us with respect and addressing our issues. Everyone was extremely helpful, responsive and appropriately concerned about the problems we were experiencing with our appliances, and we are truly grateful for the help-- hats off to the full team.
