Constant maintenance issues with ceiling leaks. Have not fixed the roof (root of the problem) in 3 years and still continue to increase rents

I am the longest tenant in the building and have lived in Hakimian buildings for 10 years. During the past year, Urim has been incredibly disrespectful and now refuses to communicate with my sister and I other than through the doormen. We consistently have maintenance issues that are neglected and not resolved in a timely manner due to his inability to do his job. Additionally, he caused damage to a number of our jackets during one of his "repairs" and told us not to speak to him a certain way because we are ladies. His behavior should be addressed.
