luxury building with no 24/7 doorman is not a luxury building

Tons of homeless people on the block. Literally saw a dead person on the corner one day. Building is nice but nothing nice nearby.

It It is very close to subway's stations and people for working are nive. First af all, the design of this building is remarcable.

For the most part I've had a good experience here. It would be even better if certain tenants were instructed how to trash their garbage instead of leaving their over-filled, leaking and stinky bags on the trash room floor. They literally leave the bags on the floor instead of placing them down the chute. These tenants also place regular trash in the recycling cans and do not tie up said bags. At times there are jagged edged tin cans and even broken glass. I've been living here under one year and I enjoy being here very much. I like the people in this community due to their friendly personalities. Of course, there are always one or two people that are mean and unfriendly which occurs everywhere. Yes, I would recommend living here due to the very kind employees, their care and notifications with the tenants' deliveries, the nearby grocery stores, restaurants and misc. Thank you for having me as a tenant..
