I have lived here a month now and love it! Gave it a bad rating for parking, because it does not apply to me. The noise is a bit of an issue because it is across the street from the Fire Station, but not the buildings fault. Angel the super is very attentive and very sweet. Everyone who lives here is very nice and trustworthy! I am very happy here so far!

It is a good experience however, I am disappointed that the apartment has many maintenance issues. the door opener does not work, and the floor in the kitchen is damaged with a high step to enter the bathroom. I broke my Toe on it the second day I moved in. The ceiling fan does not work. It was advertised as a 2 bedrooms but the rooms do not have closets. It is clean and the common areas are clean. Thanks

I am calling from November, to fix the Manwhole cover in front of our appartments, as the noise is like on Construction Site when thousands cars pass the street, nobody never came and no response. If you can help us with fixing the manwhole cover, that would be great. Now with staying at homes all days/nights, it brings a lot of frustration please, all day all night. Thank you in advance. EvA

Building is kept in great condition and Angel works hard to keep the hallways and staircases clean. He is always friendly and pest control is diligent with follow-ups. Apartment is very noisy, however, due to firehouse across the street and poorly insulated windows.
