I really liked the process. It was super convenient, and everything was online. I did a tour, and BAM! Everything went smoothly. They are super cooperative. The place is really good, with all the cafes and restaurants nearby and in the closest proximity to Tompkins Square Park. It's a really lively neighborhood.

I’ve lived in my apartment for 2 years now and it’s been a nice time living here. Great amenities and staff are always helpful and address any maintenance issues or questions I have. No laundry in building is a bit unfortunate but laundromats are close by. Walls are pretty nice too, haven’t ever had noise complaints.
