Love it here, loud upper floor

I love living here , its quiet for the most part except for the upper apartment all hours hear loud walking and dropping things. Other than that parking is good, maintenance on call and maureen is amazing!!!

I would like someone to reply.

7/17/25 I showed up for my apt. to tour Niagara 1. I waited 25 minutes knocked several times and called 2x. When I got home I thought I would find a message but no. I applied for another appointment but so far today (Sat.) no reply. guess I won't be living there.
