150 Ludlow St. in NYC is a great building! Our super Steven Barahona is the best. He keeps our building incredible well kept and is so kind. So grateful.

Great Building- Steven and staff are amazing. Parking rating doesnt apply. Overall satisfied, minor incedients that get resolved. Largest complaint is that the roof is not open to tenants despite having the space for it.

Great building for the money but loudest street you’ll ever live on

Parking is not applicable as I don't own a car. so i gave it a low score. Living is an urban environment noise is an issue especially on the LES however the property makes up for it in maintenance and staff who are great. Amenities have been good but some of it has not been open since the pandemic such as the roof space. Generally Akelius has created a great community.

This is a fine apartment to live in. It is average, and has tbe typical things you would get for a new york apartment. Very small.
