Have lived on the property for 3 years now, going on my 4th. Fantastic managment and staff. Front desk staff are the friendliest I've met, they know all tenants on a first name basis. Perfect location next to Court Square, with access to 7/E/W/G trains and walkable to Queens Plaza / Queensboro Plaza Stations. 10 minute walk to Trader Joe's, with lots of upcoming development in the area. Got in when rent stabilized. Could not be happier with the location, building, value.

The Watermark is a great building. The staff is very friendly, helpful and responsive to the residents’ needs. The building itself is clean, stylish and inviting. It’s dog-friendly, which is nice. The location couldn’t be more convenient to multiple subway lines. The building doesn’t have a ton of amenities — a rooftop common area, top-floor small-ish gym and ground-level outdoor space. These amenities are nice and well-kept, but there is no pool, basketball court, etc. We actually prefer it because it keeps our rent lower. Bottom line: We’ve lived here for over two years and are very happy. We highly recommend the building to anyone looking for a place in LIC.

Staff are uniformly wonderful and kind. Spaces are great and well-maintained. Great location. I don't know about parking. Expensive.

Everything is mostly great. The staff is especially wonderful! However, the unit was not cleaned adequately at the time of move-in.

They can do better. Mangment is always changing and it diffcult to get answer to problems or questions you may have. Parking is expensive and for a building over 20 floors to only have 10-15 parking spots available to tenants is insane.
