2 Bedroom apartment

I love it here. Pros: Great area, close to everything and most importantly nice safe community. Cons: no washer dryer hookups, parking and snow removal during and after a snow storm is not maintained adequately.

Poor experience

Criminally high rent increases (about 6%) each year, designed to keep turnover high. Rude management staff that sends deranged all-caps, page-long emails to the entire complex about one person's dog poop on parking. Management sends emails threatening to tow tenants' cars. Absentee landlord who lives in NJ. No maintenance on-site. Apartments shoddily constructed and poorly insulated. Gas heating in one room of the apartment expensive and ineffective. Laundromats inconveniently located and expensive. Laundromat cards constantly break wasting money. Bedrooms are freezing in the winter. Pretends to be kid-friendly, but management is openly hostile to children. The clubhouse is nice if you like to be crept on by management on the surveillance cameras. You may get an email the following day. Otherwise, it's great! LOVE THE SAUNA!
