Rent is too high for Ithaca. Gas heater is old and noisy. Water pressure is not great. Garage door is not automatic. Most everything else is ok.

Repair to parking lot long overdue, parking lines are indistinguishable, rent increase was reasonable for the first 2 years, current increase was 20% of previous rent and no additional benefits offered.
