It has been amazing living here. As a college student it can be difficult to find a location that is affordable and comfortable. Any isssue that I have encountered the staff doesn’t hesistate to resolve. 3 years living here and its the best decision i made!

The building is mostly quiet—mainly Cornell grad students. There were a lot of issues with the apartment (broken drawers, leaking ceiling in bathroom, ripped kitchen floor, not well cleaned) when we moved in. Maintenance has been helpful in fixing them which has been great, but they should have been taken care of before we got here. Overall, it is an affordable and quiet option close to campus, but the building needs some TLC.
