Convenient, great maintenance team, loud

We live living downtown, minus the noise fron the busy Buffalo and Cayuga intersection. The maintenance team is the best we’ve ever had as renters. Edward and Andrew are responsive and careful with their work. The view from our apartment is one of the best in Ithaca.

The location and neighborhood is superb!

I love the atmosphere here. It is a safe and cozy neighborhood. The grocery is only 1 min away, with the bus station 5 min away. The window could be better to block more noise.

So far, so good

Amenities and appliances could be updated, but the location is perfect. I've technically been a resident here for two months, but I was out of town for about 1 1/2 months of that. I've been fairly satisfied with the little time that I've spent here though.
