Great place!

I sold my house in May 2023 and moved here in August. It was my first choice. I love the location and everything else that makes my stay here enjoyable, from the people who maintain it and my neighbors.

Unskilled labor and a health hazard

Going on 3 weeks of having a leak and water damage. Still not fixed. They keep pretending to have a plumber look at it and replace &patch the ceiling. Within days it leaks again. They leave a mess behind too. They dont schedule around your needs. I live with an overnight worker and they constantly promise to come in early and dont show up. They come in at 3 ripping down walls making noise &he goes to work with no sleep. We were told the people forgot to show up. He was fired at work because his performance for three days straight was poor due to no sleep. No appology nothing from maintence. They dont care. Each week its a guessing game when theyre coming and im not able to schedule my cleaning service until i know when theyre coming. They love coming unannounced when my cleaning person is just leaving. We constantly hear- we will be right back and they never come back or it will be done before monday- and it never happens. This has been leaking for 3 weeks. Today they went to repair the ceiling but it started leaking again. Unskilled labor and a health hazard is a good summary of this place
