Would Not Live Again

After being here for a year there are a lot of reasons I will not renew my lease. The parking situation is tight. There is no regulation on parking tags and often times it left me without a spot in my own parking lot because people would have others over. Maintenance has been slow or non responsive. When I put in an urgent request about an overflowing toilet, I got no response for three days and had to live with no toilet in a one bathroom apartment. The staff have not been bad, but I really have not interacted with them at all. Management changed three times in the 14 months I have lived here. Each time they set up their own portal and rules. There was no true consistency. They did not make themselves very prevalent. While the value of the rent is decent, I feel as though I am getting ripped off with $20 water charges per month, forcing to pay for a cable package that is not useful and not being upfront about trash pick up. The location is good. It is easy to get to most places in about 20 minutes or less. While it is semi quiet, the walls are easy to hear through. All you need is a small party or a loud groan and I can hear the neighbor through two sets of walls. This was okay for a first place to get on my feet, however I would not recommend this complex.
