Decreasing value for long time residents.
I've lived at Highview Manor apartments a long time. The value of my rent has gone down year over year. There use to be a reliable pool. We had a library with a fireplace. The community center use to be accessible 24/7. The fitness area was accessible during late hours for those who only had those times to work out. My kids use to be able to use the community center like an extension of our apartment. It was a place they could do their homework and play board games. It use to be enjoyable and family friendly. Property management seems to punish long time renters rather than reward their patronage. Folks with long time rentals get their rent jacked up, get less services, and live in an apartment that never sees an update. In summary, loyal long time residents are gouged. A shame the business model isn't to reward good renters.

Living here for 4 years now!
I have been living here for 4 years now and don't have plans on leaving. Though I haven't had many issues, anytime anything came up, I always received help very quick. Everyone is very responsive!
So pleased
I am so pleased living here. I have been a tenant for almost one year. The building is quiet, neithbors are respectful, and any issues (rent/bill questions, repaie requests, etc) have been responded to immediately. The staff are so kind and responsive. As someone who works from home and is a graduate student, this has been a great place for me to live!
