Unfortunately...or now that I look back... fortunately.... I have had to move a few times in the last few years due to family needs and I thought that I was comfortable in every place that I was, until I realized that the Glenn at Perinton Hills is the very best of all of the top apartment complexes I experienced. Not only is the rent fair, the amenities are too numerous to list here, and they add up to very nice savings each month. I have an attached garage which is a blessing, especially in the winter, and the building is well constructed and insulated against weather and noise. I think that most people would agree that you can be in a wonderful apartment complex but if the management is off the rails, it's certainly not a good experience. At the Glen at Perinton Hills, the management is highly professional, very competent, and focused on the needs of the residents. Maintenance requests are answered immediately. This is a vibrant community where a refreshing mix of young families and seniors live and respect each other's privacy. I'm very happy here and proud to be a member of this community....

I have lived here 5 yrs this fall and I love it! Neighbors are friendly. Requests for maintenance or assistence are answered almost immediately. It is quiet and a great location!

I don't think that there's a better place to live in Monroe County... and that's not hyperbole. The first time my children came to visit me, they were extremely impressed with the location of my apartment (everything I need is literally in a short walking distance), and they loved the quality and design of my apartment. (I especially appreciate the attached garage!) Management is highly professional. The Maintenance Department is also... When my friends visit me, they're very impressed. I tell them all, "I love it here!"
