Honest opinion
Maintenance understaffed and not knowledgeable enough to solve basic problems in timely fashion. Too many policies against tenants. Not enough policies set on staff. Maintenance should work weekends to keep up with repairs. Washers and dryers are not maintained to avoid repairs only when machines are broken, they are serviced. Staff smokes on property while tenants are forbidden to smoke cigarettes or pot on the balconies which tenants pay extra for.
