DO NOT! I repeat Do NOT rent from Transform/Spoleta property management. They are dishonest people. They require you to pay a one-month deposit to secure a unit. This is before signing the lease. I'm not sure how this is legal. Most decent complexes only require a hundred dollars to hold the apartment. Not them. So what if you don't agree with the lease terms? Oh well, too late. Your deposit is gone. If you don't believe me, please read reviews from Reserve Point Apartments or look through their apartment portfolio online. Same company, different complex name. If tenants don't start refusing to be treated this way, nothing will ever change.
