We accept cats & dogs, with a maximum of two pets per household. Pet interviews will be conducted before move-in and documentation from a Certified Veterinarian establishing breed, expected weight at maturity, and proof of current vaccinations will be required. There is a non-refundable $250 pet fee as well as a monthly charge of $35 per pet. There are no weight limits, only breed restrictions:
